It’s been too hectic of a few months, with all things happening at a fast pace and all at once.

I’m back after a long hiatus.

For overall well being of yourself - physically , mentally , spiritually.

As I mentioned. I have been really busy since months , I couldn’t follow my diet or exercise regime in a consistent manner which I like but still my body respected it and it still is the same with no side effects of sleepless nights, workload and personal obligations.

It keeps you so energised , keeps disease free, happy from within and so much more. The benefits outweigh the one hour sweat you give.

Trump always acts like he was forced to be president, that he was chosen by God. Why do we put up with this? This maniac can't focus and get his mind off of being asskissed like an emperor.

But coming back to the question. I have always advocated to being active in any sphere - be it swimming , sports , yoga , gym or walk.
